ZeroCram is a semester planning product for college students. This policy describes the data we process when you use www.zerocram.com and the ZeroCram apps that talk to the same account.
You sign in with Google. We store your account id, email address, and timezone so we can show your week in local time and send service messages about your account.
If you paste a class calendar (iCal) link, we store that URL and import assignment deadlines. LMS feed URLs are often secret; we treat them as credentials and do not put them in public pages.
If you connect Google Calendar, we request calendar access so we can import existing events as locked constraints and, only when you choose Publish to GCal, create or update ZeroCram study blocks. We do not auto-sync. We do not delete or edit events that ZeroCram did not publish.
We store assignments, study blocks, planning preferences, recap images you lock in, and aggregated timing signals used to personalize pace. The product UI never shows raw multipliers.
Paid plans are billed by Stripe. We store subscription status and a Stripe customer reference. We do not store full card numbers.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your syllabus or calendar content to advertise to you. ZeroCram is not directed at children under 13.
We keep account and planning data while your account exists. To access, correct, or delete your data, email hello@zerocram.com from the Google account you use to sign in.
